深圳高力特通用电气有限公司压铸厂是专业的铝合金压铸生产企业。工厂成立于1999年，现拥有瑞士布勒及香港力劲公司生产的1800T、840T、630T和280T等多种规格压铸机；正在准备购买2500T、1250T、800T和400T压铸机各一台；配套日本生产的铝合金集中溶解炉、保持炉及德国史捷克的定量浇注炉等压铸辅助设备；另外，还配套有英国依路达克生产的自动静电粉末喷涂线；并具有完备的检测仪器和检测手段，可以向客户提供全方位的周到服务，实现铝合金制品从压铸到成品的全线生产。
我厂具备年产4000吨铝合金压铸件的能力，产品涉及通讯、照明、机电、家电、汽车配件等多个行业，销往全国各地，并出口到美国、日本、德国、法国、意大利、西班牙、台湾、香港等国家和地区。

Being a special die casting factory for aluminum alloy under the Shenzhen Glitter General Electric Co., Ltd (GGE), the GGE Die Casting Plant is founded in 1999, now possesses 1800T,840T, 630T and 280T etc Die Casting Machines which are all imported from Swiss Buhler company and Hong Kong L.K. Machine company, as well as concentrated fusion furnance, keep temperature furnance from Japan. As for thermal insulation facilities, it adopts a quantitative casting furnance from German Striko Company. In addition, it possesses a painting line from United Kingdom EUROTEC Company as well as rather complete testing and detecting instruments of all kinds. So, we can give you whole service and achieve aluminum alloy production from Die-Casting to product.
We have the ability to product 4000T aluminum alloy die-casting. The productions involve communication trade, lighting trade, mechanical and electronic trade and auto equipment trade etc. Some productions are exported to America,Japan,France, Germany, Italy and Spain
